ABOUT THE SUMMIT
During its heyday, the Great Silk Road was a commercial and logistical reality that had a huge impact on the economy and culture of not only the countries along its path, but also the whole world as a whole. Today we are witnessing a new round of growing interest in the region, a new offer for international capital and investment, for modern technologies and intellectual resources. There is nothing fantastic in expecting a kind of renaissance of the Great Silk Road.

The key objectives of the summit are to provide an opportunity for an in-depth exchange of experience and points of view regarding the Silk Road region and, in this context, to understand the importance of international corporate governance standards for the culture and specifics of the region's development. We have high hopes for the upcoming event, which will be attended by more than 150 top managers, board members and shareholders of leading companies from the Central Asia region, Russia and neighboring countries.

At various sessions of the summit, the expectations of business and government, as well as trends in corporate governance and the practice of boards of directors in the Region will be considered. Strategic aspects of the development of corporate governance practices from the point of view of the state and private business will be covered by a wide range of speakers and topics at the event.
  • Will there be a Renaissance for the region?
  • How do those looking for new business opportunities find the right “keys” for the Silk Road?
